ACD Ferragudo and the Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes (ISMAT), in Portimão, signed a protocol that provides for the realization of internships in the community by ISMAT students, this institute announced today.
The signed protocol highlights the «carrying out of the pedagogical practice/internship by Physical Education and Sport students supervised by University professors and technically framed by the community», adds ISMAT.
"The proposal presented is based on the importance that physical activities have in promoting healthy lifestyles and in the project, functioning and dynamism of the community in promoting and offering qualified sports practice to the younger population," he explains.
And he adds: "this initiative is the obvious recognition of the quality, consistency and merit of the work that the community has been developing in the area of sport, namely in Basketball"
