The Vicentina association will promote clarification sessions on European Union funds for the agricultural sector, in Monchique, Aljezur, Lagos, Portimão, Silves and Vila do Bispo, from 5 to 14 July.
The period for submitting applications to the support lines "Small Investments in Agricultural Exploitation" and "Small Investments in the Transformation and Marketing of Agricultural Products", of the 2014/20 Rural Development Program, will open on 15 July and last until 30 July September, which led the Algarve Local Development Association to devise a series of sessions aimed at informing farmers in these Barlavento municipalities about this opportunity to obtain community funding.
The first clarification session will take place on Tuesday, July 5th, in the Main Hall of the Town Hall of Monchique, at 18 pm, the time chosen to carry out the six planned initiatives. This is followed, on the 30th of July, by a session in Aljezur, also in the Paços do Concelho.
On the 11th of July, Vicentina will be at the premises of the Association of Irrigants and Beneficiaries of Alvor (ARBA), in Odiáxere, in the municipality of Lagos, and on the 12th it will clarify who to go to the Parish Center of Mexilhoeira Grande, in Portimão. On the 13th and 14th of July, the sessions take place, respectively, at the premises of the Association of Irrigants and Beneficiaries of Silves, Lagoa and Portimão (ARBSLP) and at the Cultural Center of Vila do Bispo.
