The Manuel Bivar Garden, in Faro, hosts, between May 26th and 28th, the Origin, an event inspired by the Gin Tasting, which took place in Porto and the Gin Lovers in Lisbon.
This initiative, which will be the first of its kind in the Algarve, will have moments of tasting gin and other spirits, sushi phases good gourmet food, and also music, workshops and spoken evidence, associated with the gin.
According to the organization, the event, which will be open between 18:00 and 24:00, is intended to "unwind and spend pleasant moments" in an environment chillout.
Origin also has a solidary aspect, as it will raise funds for a new CASA project, “O Teto Amigo”, which aims to provide accommodation to all homeless people supported by the Delegation of Faro of CASA – Private Institution of Social Solidarity.
The initiative is produced by Zenite Positivo, in partnership with Empower You Consulting and Garrafeira Soares, with the support of the Municipality of Faro, Fagar, and its main sponsors are NoSoloÁgua, the Wine with Spirits: Columbus cocktail e Wine Bar and Brunoptics.
