A curious detail of this trip by António Costa to Algarve lands is that the Passeio das Dunas, in practice, will have two inaugurations. One on Friday, the 13th, the day that marks the 17th anniversary of the elevation of Quarteira to a city, with the opening of the Algarve Nature Week fair, and another on Saturday, with the presence of the prime minister.
