A concert with OJA Redux, in sextet, which includes the voice of crooner José Ribeiro, is scheduled for February 27, at 21 pm, at the Espaço Guadiana, in Alcoutim.
OJA Redux is one of the formations of the Orquestra de Jazz do Algarve.
The Algarve Jazz Orchestra was born from the edition of “Lagos Jazz 2004”, and is currently made up of 17 musicians, having their residence in the municipality of Lagoa.
OJA – Orquestra de Jazz do Algarve, which oversees all its activities, is a non-profit association with the attribution of a Declaration of Public Utility and Cultural Interest issued by the Ministry of Culture.
This is a project considered unique at the national level by many.
OJA emphasizes that «this will be a light concert, full of sensations, which will undoubtedly warm up a winter night, in the pleasant Espaço do Guadiana».
