Growing a Greener CAPThe Campaign Grow Green, Grow Green continues touring. Agrobio has been traveling throughout Portugal with the Cultivar a Greener CAP Seminar and this week it will be in the Algarve: at the Portimão Museum, on Friday, December 11th, between 18:00 and 20:30, and in Tavira , at the Municipal Library, on the 12th, between 14:30 pm and 17:00 pm.

In this seminar, the participant will obtain knowledge about the food, production and commercialization of Organic Agriculture, as well as the existing training.

The main theme on the table will be the Common Agricultural Policy and, as usual in the actions of «Cultivating a Greener CAP», at the end there will be space for the public to learn about the National Land Stock Exchange.

Admission is free, but participation in the seminar is subject to registration. Registration can be done in a digital form on the Agrobio website, in the Grow Green campaign space.

Agrobio wants to take organic farming throughout Portugal so that there are more producers, more consumers, in the name of a better environment and better human health. Access to sustainably produced food depends on the increase in organic producers.

Portugal imports many of the products it consumes in organic production, so there is a space in the market that it can fill.

In 2016, Agrobio will be with the Cultivar a Greener CAP Seminar in Aljezur, Viana do Castelo, Tomar, Porto, Évora, Ponta Delgada, Loulé, Mirandela, among other parts of the country.

This action is co-financed by the European Commission under the Grow Green project.
