SeizureA 25-year-old man suspected of having stolen the interior of a house earlier this year, in Boliqueime, was arrested yesterday by the Criminal Investigation Nucleus of the GNR of Loulé, in Lagos, where he resides.

In the operation, carried out in collaboration with the GNR of Lagos, house searches were carried out in Lagos, and in Paderne, into the homes of two suspects of having been the perpetrators of the crime. After searching, the stolen material was found and one of the two men was arrested.

According to GNR, most of the stolen objects were recovered: "two laptops, a bag and a mobile phone".

In addition to these objects, three counterfeit bills of 100 euros were also seized which, according to the GNR, were "possibly used by suspects in their illicit activities".

The detainee, already with a criminal record for the crimes of theft and robbery, was presented to the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action of the Public Ministry of Loulé to apply the coercive measures.
