A man and two women were detained by the Southern Directorate of the Judiciary Police for kidnapping and robbery.
One of the detainees arranged to have sex with the victim, a 42-year-old man, but when they arrived at a house on the outskirts of Faro, the man was attacked by three hooded people and was forced to hand over two ATM cards and codes. The situation happened in the first week of August.
The PJ adds that "in the house, the detainee and two other hooded subjects simulated attacking the two detainees", having then locked "the victim in a room and, through physical aggression, forced him to hand over two ATM cards and provide the respective codes ».
In possession of the cards, «the detainees made purchases and withdrawals in the approximate amount of 5000 euros», reveals the Judiciary Police.
The two women, aged 39 and 18, and the man, aged 22, will be presented “to the competent judicial authority for the application of coercive measures”.
