This year's edition of the Publituris Travel Awards, already known as the “Oscars of Tourism” in Portugal, will be delivered on September 11th, at Pine Cliffs Resort, in Albufeira.
The Publituris Portugal Travel Awards, delivered by the Publituris newspaper, are intended to reward the best companies, institutions, services and professionals in the tourism sector in Portugal.
In this 12th edition, in addition to the 17 categories, which include "Best Aviation Company", "Best Travel Agency Network" or "Best Hotel Chain", new categories will be announced in the areas of Training, Sustainability, Journalism and Events.
The Publituris Portugal Travel Awards are a co-organization between the Publituris newspaper and the Albufeira City Council, which hosts the event this year.

I take the liberty of including in this group, all the professionals of Publituris, readers, employees and guests of this Gala that we welcome”, concludes the mayor.
The president of the Algarve Tourism Region, Desidério Silva, is also pleased with the awards in the Algarve: “After having achieved the best year ever in Algarve tourism, it is with naturalness and great satisfaction that the Algarve Tourism Region joins Publituris in holding the largest recognition and appreciation event for the sector in Portugal”.
The nominees for the Publituris Portugal Travel Awards 2015, selected by the Publituris team, will be revealed on the 7th of August.
