agrobioAgrobio will celebrate its 30 years of existence today and tomorrow, on the 24th and 25th of July, with a party in Lagos.

During these two days, people can go to the organic market, participate in the seminars “The CAP and access to land” and “Cultivating a greener CAP” and, upon registration, visit Quinta da Fornalha.

Agrobio adds that tomorrow, Saturday, there will still be a lunch for all interested associates, at Quinta das Seis Marias, for which registration is required.

Founded in 1985, Agrobio is a pioneer in the dissemination of organic farming in Portugal, constituting itself as a hub for people of all age groups and professions, who share concerns with food quality, health, environment and defense of a healthier agricultural practice.

The association has services dedicated to technical and commercial support for production, professional training, research, experimentation and demonstration, social agriculture and reintegration, biological urban gardens.

It also has publications in various formats, organizes events to promote organic agriculture and Agrobio markets, in partnership with several municipalities in the country.
