Alexandre Agostinho, Miguel Nascimento, Jessica Brito and Maria Pereira are the athletes from Portinado, from Portimão, who will be in Coimbra, on the 30th and 31st of May, to participate in the 8th Coimbra International Meeting.
For the first time, there will be mixed relays of 4×100 styles and 4×100 freestyles (2 males + 2 females), as well as the 1500 female and 800 male freestyle events.
This Tournament takes place in the knockouts and finals system. The qualifiers take place in the morning on 10 tracks, with the 10 best times for the A final and the 11th to the 20th best times for the B final.
There are cash prizes for the top three clubs (1st - 1000 euros, 2nd - 500 euros and 3rd - 250 euros), for the swimmers of each sex with the highest scores on the FINA table (100 euros) and for those who beat an absolute individual Portuguese record ( 50 euros).
In parallel with the Meeting, there will be two workshops that will give credits for the renewal of the coach's card and which will be free of charge for coaches with teams registered in the Meeting.
