The Street Markets return to the center of Lagoa this Saturday, May 2nd. It will be, as last year, on Rua 25 de Abril, the only artery in the city of Lagoa destined only for pedestrian traffic.
This initiative by the Municipality of Lagoa, with the support of the Ideias do Levante association, aims to «contribute to the revival that characterized that artery in past years, which has been achieved with great success, judging by the presence of visitors and participants'.
The "Mercadinho de Rua" consists of small wooden stalls, commonly used in fairs and markets, where producers promote the sale of their organic products, local handicrafts, with cultural entertainment and offering children the possibility of playing on inflatables and making Facial painting.
The Mercadinho is open from 9 am to 13 pm, every Saturday until the 00th of June. Then, between July 27rd and August 3th, it will open on Fridays, but in late afternoon and evening hours (from 14pm to 18pm), returning on Saturdays and morning hours from 23th to 00th September.
