BTT Loulé team wins in Alte 2015The BTT Loulé/BPI team won the 17th Alte BTT Marathon, in the collective competition, and its athletes won several individual prizes in this competition of the Algarve XCM Regional Cup, which took place on Saturday, in the parish of the interior of Loulé that gives it its name .

Cyclists from Loulé stood out at various levels, such as the male elite, where Andrew Henriques won first place and his teammate Bruno Rosa took second. In Masters 30 Valério Ferreira won the 1st place, while António Brissos was second in Masters 40. Carlos Cabrita also got the second position, in Masters 50, an achievement that has more flavor considering that he could compete in Masters 60, a category that does not has competed.

According to BTT Loulé/BPI, there were many participants between the competition and leisure levels, who had to cover "a tough route", which, in the case of competition categories, extended over 75 kilometers.

The next competition counting for the Regional Cup of the Algarve XCM will be on the 21st of June in Amoreiras Gare.
