Rui GloriaThe athlete Rui Glória will run 180 km, in two days, from Vila Real de Santo António to the Fortaleza de Sagres. The reason for the ultra marathon, which takes place on May 5th and 6th, is solidary.

The project called “Running for a Cause” reverts to the Portuguese Association for Developmental Disorders and Autism – APPDA – Algarve, with a pole on the premises of the former primary school in Barão de São Miguel.

The EN125 is the “track” chosen by the athlete, who in two days will run for 24 to 26 hours. Rui Glória lives in Budens and is an athlete of the SLB-F Lagos, federated in the Algarve Athletics Association and, on the last day of the competition, he turns 50 years old.
