The Criminal Investigation Department of Portimão of the Judiciary Police, with the collaboration of the local Public Security Police, identified and detained a man for the commission of several crimes of robbery, carried out in the Portimão and Lagos areas between December 2014 and January 2015.
The defendant was acting hooded, armed with a firearm and looking for fuel stations and small commercial establishments to rob.
The 27-year-old detainee was present for the first judicial interrogation, having been subjected to the coercion measure of preventive detention.
