The XIV Socio-Charitable Action Days will take place on Saturday, February 28, at the Pastoral Center of Ferragudo, with the theme “Charity gives something to be done”.
The main speaker will be Master Juan Ambrosio, professor at the Catholic University of Portugal, who will develop the IV Chapter of the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis “Evangelii nuntiandi” – The Social Dimension of Evangelization.
The Cáritas projects “Give and Receive” and “+Next” will also be presented to the participants, as it is the wish of this institution that these will be implemented in the Diocese of Algarve. The presentation will be in charge of the South Zone Projects Team of Cáritas Portuguesa.
Entries must be made until February 26, Thursday, being free, but mandatory. For this purpose, interested parties should send an email ([email protected]) or make a telephone contact (tel. 289 829 920). Anyone wishing to have lunch should indicate this, with the value of the meal being 10 euros.
