The establishment “Cantinho da Amizade”, located on Rua da Hortinha, in the center of Portimão, was closed today by the Municipality of Portimão, in the presence of the PSP police force, thus complying with a decision by the council.
The municipality emphasizes that "this commercial establishment has been the cause of various complaints from residents in that area, due to recurrent public order disturbances".
On the other hand, "several illegal practices were also reported by the PSP, in flagrante delicto, so it was decided for the compulsory closure of that commercial establishment", concludes the Chamber.
