Team Sénoir Polo PortinadoPortinado's water polo team started the Senior Men's National Championship (South Zone) in the best possible way, beating Oeiras, yesterday, Sunday, in Portimão, by 21-15.

In the Algarve team, the young goalkeeper Ghemadie Buzula stood out, "who had the difficult task of replacing Mycolai in goal".

"Despite being his debut as a goalkeeper, the young man played a great game, having even saved a penalty", stressed Portinado, in a press release.

During the match, Portinado scored more points than Oeira in three of the four periods (4-2, 6-3, 5-6, 6-4).

The goal scorers for the home team were: Fábio Bota 1 goal, Francisco Borralho 1, Mario Palma 1, Miguel Plácido 2, Alexandre Lourenço 2, Cristiano Joaquim 10, Ricardo Biss 2 and Daniel Lavrador 2 goals.
