Photographer Sebastião Pernes inaugurates, on the 31st of October, at 18 pm, his exhibition «Mar Oceano», at the Museu de Portimão.
The photography exhibition, «a note of the magnificent and astonishing meeting of the Atlantic with the Vincentian promontory», will be inaugurated as part of the Autumn Meetings of the Portuguese National Commission of the International Council of Museums (ICOM-Portugal), with the theme «Museums and Management: New Bridges for Society», which will take place on the 31st of October, at the Museu de Portimão.
The exhibition is the result of «40 years of intimate contact with the seas of the Cyclades and Sagres and more than 30 of them walking along the cliffs of the Portuguese Southwest, always with a camera in their backpack».
