The Municipality of Aljezur awarded the Parish of Nossa Senhora D'Alva a subsidy in the amount of 25.000 euros, for the construction of the Parish Church of Rogil, a work whose first phase has already begun.
The land of about 1400 square meters, in Loteamento Rogil Sul, where the Church is being built, was also provided by the municipality free of charge.
The new Church, an old yearning of the Rogilenses, will have the Deacon São Vicente (Martyr) as its patron.
