The fire, which is destroying an area of ​​scrub and eucalyptus, is being fought by 177 workers, including 116 firefighters, supported by 44 vehicles.

The two heavy amphibious bomber planes were fired about an hour after the fire was detected, at 15:50 pm.

According to the Civil Protection website, this is the only large fire active at this time in the country.
