Three weekends in rural tourism were raffled this week among the 592 participants in the Serrana Gastronomy Festival, which took place between April 04th and 27th, in Tavira. Diplomas were also delivered to participating restaurants.
The delivery took place at the Main Hall of the Paços do Concelho, with the following award winners:
1st Prize: Herdade da Corte Country House
Awarded: Tiago Silva, Tavira
1st Alternate: Hugo Lima, Santo Tirso
2nd Substitute: Délio, Olhão
2nd Prize: Local Accommodation Vila Campina
Awardee: Victor Fernando Rocha Mourão, Tavira
1st Alternate: Humberto Penna
2nd Substitute: Hugo Miguel Andorinha Jesus, Tavira
3rd Prize: Agro-Tourism Quinta dos Perfumes
Awardee: June Fawceti, Tavira
1st Alternate: Rosa Maria Guerreiro da Conceição, Tavira
2nd Alternate: MJ de Waal, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Prizes can be collected at the Tourism Office in the Tavira City Hall building, during office hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 18:00 pm).
