A seminar to discuss the results and recommendations resulting from the research project “Non-Traditional Students in Higher Education: looking for solutions to improve academic success” (2010-2013) takes place in the Rectory's Seminar Room, on the Gambelas Campus of University of the Algarve, on May 5th, at 14:30 pm.

Funded by FCT, this project studied the situation of those aged 23 from the perspective of students, teachers and academic management.

The ultimate intention of this project was to produce a set of recommendations that could eventually be applied to try to improve the academic success of students at UAlg.

Those interested in joining the University of Algarve through the special competition for people over 23 can still enroll in the respective exams until May 2nd, directly at the Academic Services desk.

Only those who have completed 23 years of age on December 31, 2013 and who, at the same time, do not hold a higher education qualification can apply.
