School holidays are just around the corner and Vila do Bispo Council is once again suggesting a healthy way to spend them. The leisure activity program “Easter Sports 2014” will run from 7 to 17 April and is aimed at children and young people from 6 to 16 years old. Registration opens on March 31st.
The «Páscoa Desportiva» is a free time occupation program promoted by the Vila do Bispo Council through the sports sector, which aims to «sensitize young students to the benefits of regular sports practice, while also providing fun and entertaining moments to the participants'. For ten days, there are activities between 9 am and 16 pm.
Picnic – what is trail running?, recycling, cooking class, a trip to Carrapateira, environmental education, movie viewing, trail running and Easter egg hunting are some of the proposals for this school vacation.
Registration costs 25 euros per participant, an amount that included some “meals, insurance and transport”. "Beneficiaries in category A are exempt and beneficiaries in category B will pay only 12,50 euros," added the Vila do Bispo Council.
Interested parties must register, starting next Monday, at the Vila do Bispo Cultural Center, from 9 am to 16:30 pm. For this purpose, it is mandatory to fill in the respective registration form.
