An original coffee-break with snacks made with mackerel is one of the novelties announced by the organization of the XVII National Meeting of Biology Students (ENEB), which will take place from 11 to 15 April, at the University of Algarve.

The ENEB attracted sponsors from different areas, such as the Marine and Environmental Research Center (CIMA) of the University of Algarve, the docapesca – Portos e Lotas, SA, the “Praxes” Restaurant, in Gambelas, and the Zoomarine Algarve.

Therefore, Docapesca will contribute, in collaboration with the Hotel and Tourism School of Faro, for this unique coffee-break, as part of its Cavala Campaign, which highlights the value of this fish, which is currently economically and nutritionally undervalued. Participants in this Meeting will thus have the opportunity to taste this fish, prepared in different ways at the venue, during an original coffee-break.

The organization of ENEB, which will bring hundreds of biology students from universities across the country to the Algarve, also recalls that, within the scope of this event, there will be photography contests quality Scientific Posters, addressed to the participants. The Photo Contest jury will include the newspaper's director Sul Informação, while Zoomarine Algarve ceded, in the role of ENEB sponsor, the prizes for these competitions. The respective regulations are available for consultation. on the event website.

These and many other news can be consulted through the Facebook or ENEB website.
