The Parish Council of Portimão will promote a free Visual Tracking action, aimed at children and young people at risk of social exclusion, tomorrow, Tuesday, from 14:30 pm. The initiative covers all children and young people aged between 6 and 15 years old, who are part of the Mergulha Por Ti Project (hand) and who come from the social neighborhoods of Coca Maravilhas, Cruz da Parteira, Cardosas and Nuno Mergulhão School Groups.

The initiative, carried out by the Parish Council of Portimão in collaboration with Óptica Algarve and Alberto Oculista, should involve 50 to 70 children and young people. Specialized technicians will be involved in it, who will check the visual state of the children and young people mentioned.

Knowing that eye development occurs up to 6 years of age, it is important to identify problems early through these actions of Child Ophthalmological Screening.
