Castro Marim will host on February 2, a Sunday, the «Grande Feast of the Accordion». The initiative of Association of Accordionists of the Algarve «Mito Algarvio», included in the celebrations of the second anniversary of the community, takes place at Quinta do Sobral and brings together renowned performers of this musical instrument.
The highlight of the party will be the International Accordion Gala, which will count with the presence of the «Queen of the Accordion D. Eugénia Lima», Trio St Petersburg (Russia), João Frade (world champion), Tino Costa, Ilda Maria, Nelson Conceição, Fábio Guerreiro, Sérgio Conceição, Silvino Campos, Helder Barracosa, Leonel Mateus, Fábio Miguel, Miguel Pereira and Francisco Conceição. The concert starts at 15:XNUMX.
Before that, there will be lunch, scheduled for 13:14 pm, followed by the screening of the documentary “Portuguese music liking itself”, by the director Tiago Pereira, at XNUMX:XNUMX pm.
