«Despite being a course with an international dimension, we did not want to stop favoring the Algarve region, allocating 2 scholarships to guarantee the participation of technicians from the Algarve's municipalities», added the Algarve cooperative.

ECOS said that this first international course, co-financed by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe, «had a participation that surprised the organizers, who received more than 300 applications for the 20 places initially planned for this course, which led to the organization to increase the number of vacancies to 30».
