The University of Algarve, through the Communication Office, will be present at the “OPTO.eu – I Forum on Education and Training of the Algarve”, which takes place from 6 to 8 June, at the Espaço Multiusos in Albufeira, bringing together universities, schools secondary and professional institutions, and institutions that will publicize their educational and training offer.
According to the municipality of Albufeira, the objectives of the initiative “are to help young people in their vocational choices, making them aware of educational and training alternatives in the Portuguese Educational System.
There will be three days marked by exhibitions, workshops, get-togethers, conferences, thematic workshops, activities to explore and demonstrate various professions, and animation proposals. It is intended, above all, for students from Basic and Secondary Schools, parents, guardians and teachers.
This is an event organized by the Municipality of Albufeira, in partnership with the Algarve Region Services Directorate of the General Directorate of Schools, the Employment and Vocational Training Institute (IEFP), and which counts on the collaboration of the council's School Groups from Albufeira.
