In Loco will launch the debate on the theme "Short circuits of production and consumption", in another session of the cycle of conferences commemorating the 25 years of the Algarve association, which will take place on Wednesday, at 14:30 pm, in the auditorium of Algarve Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR).
The 4th session of this cycle “has the objective of debating the creation of an economy of trust based on the direct relationship between local producers and consumers”. The guest speakers are José Diogo from the Association for Rural Development of the Setúbal Peninsula (Adrepes) and Priscila Soares, from In Loco.
According to In Loco, the experience of the “PROVE” and “Quinta para o Prato” projects will be analyzed in order to demonstrate the very positive impacts of these initiatives on the economy, the creation of agricultural employment and environmental preservation».
