According to the Chamber of Aljezur, which approved the cooperation protocol with those three associations within the scope of the candidacy, the realization of the Bienal de Turismo de Natureza enshrines the «recognition of the Municipality of Aljezur, as a territory with excellent conditions for Nature Tourism and affirmation of the strategy undertaken for this sector of economic activity».
