The issues that the residents of Lagos want to resolve, related to private works, water and sanitation, can now be dealt with through a centralized telephone answering service, a solution that «aimed at streamlining procedures and facilitating the relationship of the citizens with the municipality» .

"The implementation of this telephone answering solution, similarly to face-to-face assistance, allows citizens a personalized and quality treatment, contributing to the clarification of doubts and to obtaining detailed information on areas related to private works, water and sanitation" , explained the Council of Lagos.

Through the two direct telephone numbers 282 771 706 and 282 780 978, you can obtain: «information on the processing of applications to be submitted and respective fees; information about the progress/consideration of the applications/processes delivered; clarifications on water billing; water readings; and immediate delivery, by e-mail, of a 2nd copy of the water bill».
