There will be no shortage of luxury items, exclusive products and many things that, for the most part, only a considerable amount of money can buy.

The Luxury and Lifestyle Fair «Carnival of Luxury» will be at the Arade Congress Center, in Parchal, Lagoa, from April 25th to 29th, and will exhibit luxury and well-being brands  e nationals and internationals.

In addition to the luxury product exhibition component, the fair intends to «attract new interests and capital to our country», according to the organization, in charge of the company Fadus Special Events.

But it will also have a solidary nature, since part of the revenue from this event will revert to the Estrela Private Social Solidarity Institution, the Development and Improvement Association (ADM). This will be the first time the event will take place in Portugal.

4 visitors are expected, most of them coming from across borders, who will have the opportunity to discover “the best that is done in Portugal, whether in the area of gastronomy, fashion, decoration or entertainment”. There will also be many international brands present.

The «Carnival of Luxury» will have «distinct exhibition areas, lounge areas, commercial areas, VIP rooms, press lounge, exclusive areas and reserved bars» and will bring together «commercial, media, leisure and entertainment ambitions» in the same space.

The animation program includes several international artists, namely «a number of burlesque from London, the Swing Ninjas, a Brazilian gala show, pyrotechnics shows and two fashion shows with international designers (Ivan Doneve – Italy – winner of the best luxury clothing at Milan Fashion Week; Bruno Simone – Italy – Haute Couture), Gil Carvalho – Portugal – shoe designer, João Rolo, among others)».

«The choice of Portugal, and especially the Algarve, to hold this event was easy for us, as we wanted a quiet and safe place, with sun and internationally recognized», according to Eva Aidelman, the mentor of this fair and «with wide experience in holding these events and others of great impact in various countries around the world».

The mentor of the project said that, by betting on the Algarve, she bet on that «the event could be an asset and offer this region more jobs and social dynamism». “Only in hotel services will we have maximum occupancy in some of the main hotels in the region, as well as in catering”, illustrated Eva Aidelman.

«We want to show foreign visitors that Portugal offers a variety of attractive and innovative products and services, compared to other markets», considered, on the other hand, the director of Fadus Special Events João Pestana Dias. The fair «Carnaval of Luxury» has the support of the Câmara de Lagoa, AICEP and the Regional Tourism Authority of the Algarve.
