Entities in the municipality of Olhão linked to youth will publicize their work in the “Show-te” initiative, which will take place throughout the month of May in various locations in the municipality. From the 1st to the 31st of May, “tens of activities” are scheduled, in which everyone is invited to participate.
"Music, theater, culture and knowledge are just some of the areas on which the program of activities will focus, designed with young people in mind but also of interest to the general public", revealed the Chamber of Olhão in a press release, promising for short the complete program of the event.
The local authority sent invitations to participate "to about 100 entities" and opens the doors to "all those who want to join this initiative". "The Youth House of the Municipality of Olhão hopes that in 2013 the goals of the previous edition of this unique event in the country will be surpassed", he announced.
The Municipality's initiative arose "as a way to recognize the value and commitment of all young talents from Olho and of those who invest in and contribute to a healthy, competitive youth, with ideas, goals and determination."

This will be the second year of «Show yourself» in Olhão, which is fundamentally a challenge that the municipality launches «to the council's entities dedicated to youth, in the month that celebrates the anniversary of the Youth House of Olhão, the municipal space created thinking about young people from Olho , which celebrates 9 years in 2013.
“In 2012, more than 40 entities participated in this initiative. The result was a program of continuous activities, in which, for 31 days, Olhão did not stop, showing the dynamics of our youth and the educational and occupational options that the county has to offer», concluded the Chamber of Olhão.
