The movement «With Faro no Coração» announced his disagreement with the new Regulation for Urbanization and Building of the Municipality, approved at the last Municipal Assembly of Faro, namely on the consequences it brings to the owners of “hundreds of marquees and air conditioning”, who may be forced to spend heavily or to remove such equipment.
The movement even defended that the new regulation causes “the panic and the storm on the owners”.
“Due to its consequences, what has been established reveals a total lack of social and economic sensitivity, especially in this period of tremendous difficulties. Therefore, the CFC Independent Movement – Citizens With Faro in the Heart voted against and cannot but criticize the fact that the PSD/CDS and PS have voted in favour”, said the movement, in a press release.
