Social Security of Faro starts to have service with telephone dialing

The District Social Security Center of Faro will have, from next week, a telephone dialing system, simultaneously with the un-dialled service. 

Thus, citizens now benefit from timely service, simply calling 808266266, on weekdays, from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm, and schedule the service in advance for the most convenient day and time.

It will be possible to schedule appointments starting tomorrow, Wednesday, the 13th, but the actual service will only start next Monday, March 18th.

The service by appointment system allows citizens the convenience of being assisted at the previously scheduled date and time, without having to stand in queues, says the Social Security Institute.

The implementation of the system by appointment in the services of the Social Security Institute aims to “humanize and optimize services, reducing waiting times and increasing the efficiency of response capacity”.
