O Farol of Cabo de São Vicente will be closed for visits, from 11 to 22 March, due to maintenance works, to intervene in cleaning the vat and mercury.
The Navy also informs that the Farol Ponta da Piedade, in Lagos, which closed for maintenance work on August 31, 2012, has not yet reopened for visits, which will happen as soon as the works are completed.
