The first Portuguese beef ham, from a producer in Pavia (Mora), is part of the list of ingredients of the 3rd Goan Gastronomy Festival, on 25 January, at dinner at the Delicias de Goa restaurant, in Lisbon.

At the invitation of the restaurant, the producer Joaquim Arnaud, from Pavia (Mora), offers the Alentejo ham that will be part of the Arroz de Pato to be served on the occasion.

The event is an opportunity to taste Goan Fish Paté as a starter, Crab Curry, Goan Stuffed Squid, Rolled Steaks with Spice Stuffing, Goan Duck Rice in the main dishes, and Hallebele with Mango Ice Cream, to finish.

For 25 euros per person, the “chewder” is entitled to a starter, four main courses and a dessert, as well as drinks and coffee, in a meal to discover and taste genuine dishes and surrender to the scent of a rich and tasty cuisine.

Located on Rua Conde Redondo, Delicias de Goa is located next to the current and future headquarters of the Judiciary Police, and is well distinguished from Indian food, offering genuine delicacies from the former Portuguese territory, mixing Portuguese and Indian aromas.
