And this time there will be fado at the Casa do Povo in Santo Estêvão

The Casa do Povo of Santo Estêvão hosts, on January 26, from 22 pm, the initiative “Fado na Casa” with Pedro and Teresa Viola.

The Viola brothers, accompanied by musicians Virgílio Lança and Miguel Drago, will interpret themes known to the general public, in an environment where wine and tapas will not be lacking.

Pedro Viola, for his seriousness and professionalism, is one of the best known fadistas in the Algarve, having won the Grande Noite do Fado, in 2006, at the Aula Magna of the Rectory of the University of Lisbon.

Teresa Viola, a regular winner of fado competitions, has shown a notable evolution in terms of interpretation, distinguishing herself in the regional music scene.
