Domestic violence will be discussed in Faro on the 7th of december, at 17 pm, in the cinematographic gathering “Scenes of our lives” which will take place in the amphitheater of the Algarve Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDRA). A session that will start with the screening of the film “I give you my eyes”, by Iciar Bollaín, followed by a debate.

The initiative is promoted by the Algarve Regional Health Administration, through the Working Group on Violence throughout the Life Cycle, for the National Days against Domestic Violence and aims to raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence on children.

The conversation that will follow the screening of the film will include the presence of the Public Prosecutor at the Judicial Court of Loulé Isabel Nascimento, the representative of the Cineclube de Faro Ana Soares and the psychologist and coordinator of the aforementioned Working Group Daniela Machado.
