The contest “Mitose: Ciência a Sul”, aimed at students of the Science and Technology course of secondary schools in the district of Faro, is running until the 15th of November.
This initiative, organized by the University of Algarve and the Associação Juvenil de Ciência, will provide the best competitors with a scientific internship at one of UAlg's Research and Development Centers (CBME, CCMAR, CEOT, CIMA, CIQA and SIPLab).
The competition also has the support of the Regional Directorate of Education of the Algarve, the Library of the University of Algarve and the Portuguese Youth Institute.
