The presidents of the Vila Real de Santo António City Council and the Portuguese Handball Federation, Luís Gomes and Ulisses Pereira, respectively, signed a collaboration protocol on Monday, September 10, at 12:00 pm, in the municipality's main hall. which aims to create a Handball Development Plan in the municipality of Vila Real de Santo António.
The protocol, which will be presented on this occasion, involves other local entities and clubs, such as the Algarve Handball Association and the Clube Náutico do Guadiana, and will be developed in parallel with the school groups in the municipality of VRSA, which will be direct partners in the plan which will now be released.
