A heavy bomber helicopter is fighting the flames in a fire that was declared at 13:49 pm in Almada de Ouro, next to the Guadiana river, in the Algarve municipality of Castro Marim.

The fire has a single front and is being fought by 27 men, supported by the helicopter, in order to prevent the flames from spreading.
