The inauguration of the Duarte Pacheco Memory House, installed in the house where this former minister lived in Loulé, will be inaugurated tomorrow, May 17, at 10:00 am.
The ceremony is followed by a lecture by José Vilhena Mesquita on “The Role of Duarte Pacheco in the Affirmation of the New State”.
As revealed by councilor Joaquim Guerreiro to the Sul Informação, permanent exhibition in the house located in front of the Loulé Chamber, it will reconstitute Duarte Pacheco's office, with objects and furniture that belonged to him, as well as contain a lot of information about the thought and work of the most influential Portuguese XNUMXth century minister of Public Works, who disappeared prematurely in a car accident.
