Olhanense lost this afternoon, 2-1, at Estádio José Arcanjo, to Paços de Ferreira, and has still not definitively confirmed the permanence of next year's Liga Zon Sagres. Sérgio Conceição's team started to win, but allowed the turnaround in the “Capital do Móvel” men's marker.
The Algarvian team started the game well and, after 8 minutes, Salvador Agra, after Wilson Eduardo's cross, opened the scoring.
Henrique Calisto's team responded after 25 minutes by Caetano. The young Paços de Ferreira player took advantage of a cross from the left by Melgarejo and, at the edge of the area, beat Fabiano Freitas with his right foot.
The goal that dictated the final result came at the beginning of the second half, by a player who already wore the red jersey. Javier Cohene headed Vítor's cross from the right side at the far post.
With this defeat, Olhanense added the fifth game without a win, and dropped to ninth place in the overall standings, 10 points above the waterline, with four games to go.
