The photographic exhibition «Patrimony», included in the commemorations of the spring equinox and the World Meteorological Day, will be on display from March 19 to 23, at Escola Secundária Manuel Teixeira Gomes, in Portimão.
This project is based on the school's meteorological station, which interacts with the local community (populations and institutions) providing, on its page, meteorological data recorded hourly.
The objective of the exhibition is to reinforce the collective conscience to safeguard “Heritages” that belong to everyone, but that not everyone feels like theirs.
As part of the program, on March 22, at 15 pm, there will be a workshop related to Portuguese wine production, with wine tastings from various regions.
Note: Fixed - obviously this is about the celebration of spring equinox! And not the solstice.
