During the five days of the event, the 72 Regional Teams – 864 players, 144 coaches, 72 managers, 18 national coaches and 56 members of the organization – will be transported free of charge along the five lines of the Line of Business.
Albufeira's urban transport will ensure travel between sports halls, hotels and educational establishments, where meals will take place.
In circulation in the county since 2004, the Line of Business came to completely transform the mobility conditions within the city, bringing a new dynamic to Albufeira.
Over the eight years and six months of its existence, completed on February 20th, this means of transport has a total of around 8 million users. In 2011 alone, 938.644 people were transported and 407.203 tickets were sold on board.
The ten buses that make 168 stops every day between the five parishes represent, for most users, the easiest and cheapest way to get to places such as school or work.
