The best landscapes captured in photography within the scope of the «Algarve, natural secrets» competition have already been chosen and the ten winners will be announced on the 23rd (Friday), at 15 pm, in the auditorium of Turismo do Algarve.
In total, more than two hundred images of Algarve landscapes competed, but only ten will receive prizes ranging from a Canon reflex camera to boat trips on the Ria Formosa, golf clinics or tickets to a water park.
In addition to the ceremony to publicize the winners, the new «Bird Watching Guide» will also be presented, a publication with 22 itineraries that aims to be the guide for those who like to appreciate birds in their natural environment.
The meeting will be attended by the president of Tourism of the Algarve António Pina and members of the jury Hélio Ramos (photographer) and Nuno Brito (director of Jumbo de Portimão).
