The course aims to provide students with a multidisciplinary view of the role of the real estate sector and urban rehabilitation as engines for the transformation of today's cities into sustainable cities.

“It is necessary to rethink and create new business models within the promoting companies, construction companies and public organizations, and mediation and evaluation, which guarantee the final quality of the transformed space. This is the challenge that the present MBA responds to, taking advantage of the crisis to develop new businesses and promote the quality of urban life”, explains ESAI, which will provide the training, coordinated by engineer Pedro Neves.
