The stage of the Teatro das Figuras, in Faro, will be filled with love again, in another Valentine's Day dinner/show, which will take place today, St. Valentine's Day, at 20 pm.
Once again, the band La Plante Mutante will give music to 25 couples on the day dedicated to him. The model is the same as last year's initiative, the first edition, but there are some new features.
From the outset, the theme, which asks “What does love have to do with it?”. This is the translation of the title of a song by the American singer Tina Turner, an icon of music from the 80s, who will be chosen to animate the “lovebirds” that will participate in the initiative.
«To the satisfaction of the many couples who were unable to participate last year, the stage will, once again, become an unlikely restaurant in which lovers will enjoy a gourmet meal prepared and served by students from the School of Hotel and Tourism in Faro», said, in a statement, the Municipal Theater of Faro.
«The menu to be served was designed by the EHTF chefs, the preparation is the responsibility of the trainees of the Cooking course, while the students of the Restaurant and Beverage Service course, will ensure the service of the meal to the lovers», he continued.
And so that nothing is really missing, the decoration is also special, in this case «kindly provided by Al4uatro and Vila Campina and both this charming hotel and the well-known Valadim store promise pleasant surprises for those in love».
This year, it will no longer be possible to purchase a ticket for the dinner, as they were quickly sold out, as there were several pre-bookings.
